Welcome, my name is Jonathan Eisen and I am an insured ACE Certified Personal Trainer. My job is to design a fitness routine that integrates with your unique lifestyle and goals.

With multiple specialty certifications and many satisfied clients (ages 16-93) who have a wide variety of pre-existing conditions and fitness levels, I am confident that together, we can achieve your unique goals. 

Despite everyone’s good intentions, the two most common objections I hear are “I don’t have the time for fitness” or it is “too expensive”. My job is to remove those variables from the equation with convenient, in-home sessions combined with competitive rates. Additionally, by offering 1/2 hr, 45min and 1hr sessions, we can always find the perfect session length for you!

With my “at-home and online service,” I bring the gym to you! Just put on your workout clothes and I will take care of the rest. I have all the equipment and experience you need to have a safe, sanitary, and effective workout right in your own home. Even if you have never formally exercised or have no equipment, I promise you a workout that will be both enjoyable and will yield the results you desire.

Post-rehabilitation and Physical Therapy support

Recovering from an injury doesn’t happen by luck, it requires a commitment to a progressive plan to ensure you come back just as strong or stronger than before. By communicating with your physical therapist to optimize your recovery plan we can provide the in-home support you deserve.

 


Mobility & Posture

Mobility is essential for function and independent living but is something we often neglect. By integrating various types of stretching and movement into your program we can help restore range of motion and strength to your joints.

Posture is a word that is thrown around a lot but is often misunderstood and can have a major impact on the quality of life. Tired of having an achy or tight neck, back, or shoulders? Do you want to fix your rounded shoulders so that you stand taller, reduce fall risks and feel better? Strengthening and stretching the right muscle groups is key to ensuring your posture is optimized.


Prehabilitation

By identifying your unique muscular asymmetries and movement patterns using a Functional Movement Screen, I can structure your training program to make you more injury-resistant. The days of "no pain, no gain" are over. 

 


STRENGTH training and Weight-loss

Strength training has many benefits such as improved bone density, higher metabolism, and reduced risk of soft tissue injuries. Strength training has a proven positive correlation with improved energy and weight loss.

Losing weight can have a significant benefit on cardiac health while decreasing stress on joints. Having your clothes fit a bit better also feels pretty good too. I am happy to provide you with science-based nutritional information that fits into your lifestyle.  

 


Support & care

My goal is to provide you with the complete support you need to succeed. I will provide you with progressive workouts, stretches and informative articles from verified sources to help ensure your success outside of our sessions. However, great training is more than just focusing on the workout, providing my clients with the motivation and emotional support they need is something I focus on intently. I firmly believe that your success is my success and I strive to fulfill those values.


Balance

As we age, balance becomes an increasingly essential skill that we need to develop and maintain. I can design a balance program around your specific needs by assessing balance screens, hip orientation, and gait analysis.
